The next Seaside Gothic open submission window will be slightly later than is usual, and will take place from 14th October to 20th October 2024. Submissions will open from midnight at the start of Monday 14th October 2024 and continue until midnight at the end of Sunday 20th October 2024, UK GMT time. During this period Seaside Gothic will be open to submissions of fiction, poetry, nonfiction, and visual collections, as per the magazine submission terms.
Submissions should be sent by email to the address stated during the submission window. There are no submission fees. Accepted pieces will be paid for upon publication, and a complimentary copy of the print magazine will be shipped, along with a copy of The Totem, plus a lifetime digital subscription to Seaside Gothic, and a 25% discount on all current and back Issues of Seaside Gothic will be gifted. Submissions are required to be entirely human-created and previously unpublished (including appearing publicly on any website or form of social media), and should also meet the three criteria of seaside gothic literature.
